Md. Fire Marshals investigating commercial building fire in Salisbury
SALISBURY, Md. – The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a fire that broke out in a one story commercial building Tuesday evening.
Firefighters from the Salisbury Fire Department responded to the blaze shortly after 6:30 p.m., at 1607 Northwood Drive, Suite 106. We’re told it took 25 firefighters about 20 minutes to contain the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but officials have determined that it began in a storage room. Total fire damage is estimated at $230,000.
