Easton Police investigating single vehicle crash

EASTON, Md. – Easton Police are currently investigating a single vehicle crash that left one with serious injuries early Wednesday morning.

According to police, the incident happened at around 7 a.m. on Easton Parkway, just south of Oxford Road. The driver, identified as 42-year-old Joseph Patrick of Trappe was driving southbound in a Chevrolet Silverado when for unknown reasons, his vehicle crossed the center road, left the roadway, and struck a nearby tree.

Patrick was flown to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma for treatment of serious injuries.

The accident remains under investigation, and police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash to contact Ptl. Cullings at 410-822-1111.
