UPDATE: Third suspect arrested in connection to several theft incidents
5/23 UPDATE: Delaware State Police say the third suspect in this case has been arrested.
18-year-old Jawann Butcher turned himself into Troop 3 on Wednesday, and was charged with two counts of conspiracy third degree, theft, attempt to commit theft, three counts of unlawful use of a payment card, and two counts of criminal trespass.
Butcher was released on $7,200 unsecured bond.

DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police have arrested two people in connection to a series of thefts in the Dover area, and are still searching for a third.
Earlier this month, Troop 3 received a series of complaints of thefts from yards and unlocked vehicles in the Rodney Village Development as well as the Artis Drive area. Reported stolen items included credit cards that were used at various locations.
Through further investigation, 18-year-old Charles Livingston and 18-year-old Jawann Butcher were identified as suspects. A 15-year-old male from Dover was also developed as a suspect in connection to the incidents in the Artis Drive area.
On Friday, Livingston was arrested at a home in the 400 block of Barrister Place in Dover. He was charged with two counts of conspiracy third degree, theft, attempt to commit theft, three counts of unlawful use of a payment card, and two counts of criminal trespass. He was later released on $3700 unsecured bond.
The juvenile was taken into custody at the Royal Farms on N. Dupont Boulevard in Smyrna. He was also found in possession of a stolen pair of wireless headphones in which the serial number was altered, as well as a concealed knife.
Police have not been able to locate Butcher, who is currently wanted on two counts of conspiracy third degree, theft, attempt to commit theft, three counts of unlawful use of a payment card, and two counts of criminal trespass.
