Delaware Cannabis Advocacy Network rallies for Global Cannabis March

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – People from across Delaware rallied in Rehoboth Beach on Sunday as part of this weekend’s Global Marijuana March.

The Global Marijuana March is an annual rally held at different places around the world.

According to the President of the Delaware Cannabis Advocacy Network, Zoe Patchell, people across Delaware are looking to bring an end to marijuana prohibition.

Patchell said members of the network also came out to talk about changing marijuana laws in the First State.

She added the network has found a lot of support in the Sussex County area.

“The first year we marched in Newark and the second year we moved down to Rehoboth just to try to get some of the local constituents contacting their elected officials and when we got to Rehoboth our march actually exponentially grew,” said Patchell.

According to the President of the Delaware Cannabis Advocacy Network, over 900 cities across the globe participated in this years marijuana rally.
