Cape boys lacrosse takes Henlopen North crown with win over Caesar Rodney

LEWES, Del.-  Cape Henlopen boys lacrosse captured the Henlopen North’s top spot with a 17-3 win over Caesar Rodney on Wednesday.

Down 1-0 to start the game, the Vikings would respond with an 8-0 run, and an eventual 10-2 lead at halftime, cruising to the win.

Jack Dennis (4G, 1 A) and Greg Boyce (2G, 3A) led the game in the scoring department, each putting up five points while both Gabe Best and Hank D’Ambrogi finished with hat tricks.

Cape (11-2) will await the winner of the Henlopen South in the conference championship as they look to keep their undefeated record in the state of Delaware alive.
