Today’s Forecast: April 14, 2019

Delmarva is in for the potential of severe weather; as a cold front slides through overnight. The main concerns of these severe storms are damaging winds but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Tonight will also be windy with gusts up to 40 mph, with lows in the low 60s. The showers will linger into the morning, before skies clear throughout the day on Monday. The windy conditions however will persist with sustained winds up to 30 mph. Monday’s highs will take place in the morning in the upper 60s, before falling throughout the afternoon.

Tuesday will be sunny and not as breezy, with seasonable temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. Skies will be mostly sunny on Wednesday, as readings climb into the low 70s. The plentiful sunshine continues into Thursday, with highs reaching the mid to upper 70s.

Mostly cloudy skies take over on Friday, with scattered showers arriving late, as highs stay above average in the mid 70s. The showers linger into Saturday, under mostly cloudy skies, but temperatures will be slightly cooler in the upper 60s to low 70s. Easter Sunday will consist clouds and sun, but readings will be around average in the mid to upper 60s.
