Sussex Academy back to .500 with win over Tech

GEORGETOWN, Del. – Sussex Academy got the offense rolling right of the opening draw control against Sussex Tech to roll to a 16-6 victory.

The Seahawks got offense from multiple players and took a 4-0 lead just over three minutes into the contest. Sussex Tech had some trouble gaining possession and were turned away from a great performance from Seahawks’ goalie Peyton Hagy. Sussex Academy carried a double-digit lead headed into the break.

In the second half, the Seahawks continued to dominate possession and tack on five more goals. It’s the second straight game that Sussex Academy posted double-digit goals in a game this season.
