Salisbury man sentenced following conviction in two separate cases
SALISBURY, Md. – 23-year-old Percy Lee Milbourne was sentenced to 20 years behind bars on March 15th following his convictions in two separate cases.
Milbourne was found guilty of one count of second degree assault back on February 5th. Because of this conviction, he was found to be in violation of his probation on a possession with intent to distribute narcotics conviction from 2015.
A Wicomico County Circuit Court judge sentenced Milbourne to ten years for each conviction (the maximum possible sentence) and ordered that the sentences run consecutive to each other.
The assault charge stems from a June 15, 2018 incident, in which Milbourne and others assaulted and robbed two victims outside of Mojo’s restaurant on Main Street in Salisbury.
