Salisbury baseball extends win streak to 13 games; Take down Wesley

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury University baseball extended their win streak to 13 games with a 18-7 victory over Wesley College.

Nine different players recorded an RBI for the Sea Gulls in the win, including a game-high four RBI from Jimmy Monaghan.

The Sea Gulls wasted no time getting going as they opened up the scoring with four runs in the bottom of the first inning. Wesley was able to take the lead later in the game with some situational hitting but the bullpen let them down.

Salisbury put up a combined 12 runs in the seventh and eighth innings to sink their route 13 rival for good.
