Bennett tops WiHi
SALISBURY, Md. – It was a Bayside and Salisbury battle at James M. Bennett High School Thursday afternoon as the Indians visited the Clippers on the softball diamond.
The Indians would tally a pair of runs in the first inning to lead 2-0 but Bennett would quickly respond with two in the bottom half and then exploded for five more in the third inning.
Clippers starting pitcher Emma Dickson pitched a complete six innings for Bennett in route to the 12-2 win.
