New location for Shore Fresh Growers Farmers Market

SALISBURY, Md. –  A local favorite that essentially brings the farm to the table is coming back for another season, but this year it’s in a different location with some added flare.

The Shore Fresh Growers Farmers Market is kicking off this weekend in downtown Salisbury. Although, for this season it will be held at Lot 1 right next door to the public library.

The market will also be incorporating live music every Saturday. As always they aim to bring together all the wonderful farm and artisan products that are grown and made right here on the shore.

“We get to bring all that and bring it to the people of Salisbury and to Wicomico County at the crossroads of Delmarva. So it just gives us a venue that everybody can see what it is that they are in love with that is producing and giving back to them,” explains Marc Duncan, President of Shore Fresh Growers Farmers Market Assoc.

The farmers market will be held every Saturday from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. and again it’s kicking off Saturday, April 20th at it’s new location, Lot 1.
