Man sentenced for armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – On Monday, a Somerset County judge sentenced Justin Bull to a total of 35 years, with 22 of those years in active incarceration and 13 suspended.
This sentence comes after Bull pled guilty to armed robbery of Karemore Pharmacy and conspiracy to commit robbery in a second case back on January 29th.
The first incident happened on August 10th, 2018, when Bull and another unknown individual broke into a home in Fairmount and demanded prescription pain pills from a woman. After they learned there were no pills, they stole a small amount of cash from her purse and fled the scene.
A few days later, on August 13th, Bull and another suspect, identified as Cody King, were dropped off in front of Karemore Pharmacy in Princess Anne by Roy Davison. Bull and King reportedly entered the pharmacy with masks on, pointed a gun at employees and demanded prescription pain medication. One of the pharmacists in a back office then pointed a handgun at the two men and fired one shot, which missed them.
Bull and King then fled from the pharmacy and were picked up at a separate location by Davison. King and Davison have also been guilty and are awaiting sentencing.
