Investigation leads to drug arrest in Dover

Dover, Del. –  A Delaware woman is facing distribution charges following the execution of a search warrant of her home in a Dover community.

According to the report the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit (KDU) along with the Kent County Governor’s Task Force (GTF) have arrested 34-year-old Nicole Collins following a raid on her home that took place shortly before 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 18th. Collins was living in the unit block of Kentwood Drive, in the Kentwood Estates Community and was taken into custody without incident.

Police found approximately 680 grams of weed, 161 THC vape cartridges, 410 THC edible food products, and over $3,100 in suspected drug proceeds. Collins was taken back to Troop 3 and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a tier 1 quantity, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on her own recognizance.
