UPDATE: Missing Del. man found, Gold Alert canceled

4/25 UPDATE: Police say Issac Farlow has been located safely.

MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for 29-year-old Issac Farlow of Millsboro.

Police say Farlow was last seen just after midnight on April 15th, in the area of Bunting Road in Millsboro. He is 5’9″, 196 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing camouflage sweatpants, a white shirt, and a black Nike hat and jacket.
