Dover Police arrest two men after witnessing drug sale

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police arrested two men on several charges Tuesday morning after they were seen selling drugs.

Officers were conducting surveillance in the area of Walker Road and Ann Avenue when they saw two men conduct a drug transaction. After they were seen conducting a second transaction, officers made contact with the pair, identified as 23-year-old Jordan Carter and 22-year-old Jhashawn Landry.

The two were found in possession of 20 grams of crack cocaine, 4.9 grams of marijuana, and one dose of ecstasy.

Carter was charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, delivery of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, conspiracy second degree, and drug paraphernalia.

Landry was charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of ecstasy, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, conspiracy second degree, and drug paraphernalia.
