Del. State Police announce drop-off locations for National Drug Take-Back Day

DELAWARE – This coming Saturday, April 27th, is National Drug Take-Back Day, and Delaware State Police have announced their drop off locations for unwanted prescription medications.

Citizens can drop off their unwanted meds between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Only pills or patches are accepted; the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) cannot accept liquids, needles or sharps).

In Kent County, citizens can drop off medications at Delaware State Police Troop 3, located at 3759 South State Street in Camden.

In Sussex County, Delaware State Police Troop 7, located at 18006 Coastal Highway in Lewes will be the designated drop-off location.
