Chapple’s big day on the mound lifts Easton past Cambridge

In the third the Warriors would get on the board. A two RBI single from Chloe Briner scored Olivia Ball and Olivia Brown to put Easton up two. The Warriors would get two more runs off of pass balls making the score 4-0 headed into the sixth inning.
In the top of the sixth, Easton would get some insurance runs. A two RBI double from Megan Kolakowski and another from Megan Kettering would score four to give the Warriors the 8-0 lead headed to the bottom of the 7th.
Sent in to close out the game was Kate Chapple who would strike out her tenth and eleventh batters to get the win on the mound.
