Toy Town Antiques opening up second shop, first location temporarily closed

BERLIN, Md. – Toy Town Antiques in downtown Snow Hill isn’t waiting around until their shop can reopen. Instead, they tell 47 ABC that they’re setting up a second shop, right in the heart of downtown Berlin.

This comes after the town of Snow Hill temporarily shut down the store because of alleged safety concerns. Now, the owners say they’re moving in to their Berlin location and working to get the store up and running by next week.

It’s a way for them to continue to stay open and welcome customers while their Snow Hill store remains closed, until a court hearing with the city in April.
