Search warrant results in three arrests

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police say they took three people into custody on Friday following the execution of a search warrant a Dover residence.

The search warrant, executed at a home in the 200 block of N. Kirkwood Street, was the result of an ongoing drug investigation. The search resulted in the seizure of 1 gram of powder cocaine, 1.169 grams of heroin/fentanyl, 3.5 grams of crack cocaine, 1.1 grams of marijuana, a .22 caliber handgun, and drug paraphernalia.

As a result, the following people were taken into custody:

  • Marquis Register was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin/fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of sublingual (controlled substance), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and local fugitive. He was later released on $9,100 unsecured bond.
  • Tyrone Crummell was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony- drug dealing, two counts of possession of a firearm by person prohibited, possession with intent to deliver heroin/fentanyl, possession of cocaine, second degree conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and local fugitive. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $61,000 secured bond.
  • Myah Hurley was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony- drug dealing, two counts of possession of a firearm by person prohibited, possession with intent to deliver heroin/fentanyl, possession of cocaine, second degree conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and local fugitive. She was committed to WCI on $36,000 secured bond.
