Reichhold lifts Milford over Woodbridge; Bucs move to 2-0

Milord tops Woodbridge

MILFORD, De. – What a game between conference foes as Woodbridge visited Milford Friday afternoon. The Blue Raiders would jump out to the early 2-0 lead but Milford cut that lead to 2-1 in the fourth and would proceed to take the 3-2 lead heading into the sixth inning.

A pair of runs in the top half of the sixth would challenge the Buccaneers but the home squad would step up to the plate. Knotted 4-4 with a pair of runners on base, Chad Reichhold knocked a single into right scoring both runs as Milford took the 6-4 lead.

The Bucs would close it out from there, topping Woodbridge 7-4.
