Police investigating shooting incident at Dover apartment complex

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police say they are investigating a shooting incident that happened early Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to the call at around 1:45 a.m., in the Country Club apartment complex. It was learned that the male victim was walking to an apartment in the 400 block of Country Club Drive when he and another witness heard a gunshot. Both immediately started running, but police say the victim was shot twice in the right arm and once in the hip.
