One injured in early morning shooting, Salisbury Police investigating

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 19-year-old man injured Saturday morning. Police are searching for one suspect responsible for the shooting.

According to police, the incident took place near the area of Clay Street and Benny Street around 12:45 AM.

Police say they currently have no suspect description and consider the shooting an isolated incident, which poses no threat to the community.

Police say the victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries at PRMC.
