New storage facility coming to Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. –  A new storage facility is coming to the City of Salisbury.

Gillis Gilkerson Construction Company is partnering with Cube Smart, the second largest self storage provider in the United States for the project.

The facility will be located next to the newly constructed Pure Family Fitness.

Gillis Gilkerson says they decided to build a storage facility after realizing there was a need for it in the area.

Brad Gillis, Gillis Gilkerson Principal said, “I think storage is going to be a great compliment to the area. We’ve demonstrated that there is a demand. We’re also excited about having the additional 30,000 square feet for lease as well to compliment Pure Family Fitness and also cube smart.”

Company officials say the construction should be completed this summer.
