Milford Police asking for help identifying robbery suspect

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police are working to identify a suspect in an armed robbery that happened Tuesday evening.

The victim was in the 400 block of North Street at around 8:30 p.m. when they were approached by a suspect who asked for a cigarette. The suspect then reportedly pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim’s chest, demanding money. After receiving an unknown amount of cash, the suspect fled the area.

The suspect was described as a male in his late 20s, 6’2″ in height, approximately 170 pounds, with a short beard with some gray in it. He was wearing a black jacket with the hood pulled up, black beanie, black sweatpants, and black shoes.
