Mardela cruises past Snow Hill, top the Eagles 11-1 in six innings

MARDELA SPRINGS, Md. – The Mardela Warriors softball team looked for a little redemption Thursday afternoon after getting eliminated from the playoffs last season by the Snow Hill Eagles.

Right from the get go, Mardela showed they haven’t forgotten that loss from 2018. The Warriors jumped out to a 3-0 lead heading into the fourth inning and would tack on six more runs to lead 9-0 heading into the fifth.

Mardela would end this game in six innings with the 11-1 win.

Grace Barnes pitched a full six innings for the Warriors.
