Easton Police hosting “Coffee with a Cop”

EASTON, Md. – The Easton Police Department would like to invite residents to their “Coffee with a Cop” event, coming up on February 15th.

We’re told the event will take place from 9 AM to 11 AM at the Amish Market, located at 101 Marlboro Avenue in Easton.

The goal of this event is to allow residents to come out and meet their local law enforcement officers, ask questions, voice any concerns, and learn more about the Easton Police Department. This completely informal event aims to make citizens comfortable with discussing various issues with local police personnel, including criminal activity and crime prevention.

Officers hope to build relationships with residents and in turn face more positive interactions and a willingness to work together in crime prevention initiatives.
