WiHi smothers J. M. Bennett in city-rivalry matchup

The WiHi Indians boys basketball team beat city rival James M. Bennett by a final of 83-70 on Friday night in Salisbury.

Jaden Baker finished with a game-high 24 points, with teammate Dorian Stevens finishing with 20. Sophomore big man Jayson Handy came up big off the bench with 13.

For Bennett, Saquan Cotton finished with a team-high 17 points, with teammate Jarrell Spates netting 16.
