Vacant building set to be re-developed in Salisbury
SALISBURY, Md. – In Salisbury, a building that’s been sitting vacant for the past seven years is now being completely re-developed and turned into a new CoreLife location.
The building is located across from PRMC and Evolution Craft Brewery and its well on its way to being completely revamped thanks to local developer Gillis Gilkerson.
CoreLife will occupy about one third of the building and will focus on weight loss and health improvements.
“This property has been sitting vacant. Any vacant property becomes an eye sore after a period of time. It collects people if you will, it becomes a stop for people to hang out so this is going to be a great transition for that neighborhood,” explains Wesley Cox, Senior Advisor at SVN-Miller Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
We’re told CoreLife formed a Joint Venture with PRMC last year to enhance the health of the community and this location will be their second here in Salisbury.
The remaining two-thirds of the building are currently available for lease.
