Tonight will be extremely cold and partly cloudy, as lows drop into the low to mid 10s. A strong northwest wind of 20-25 mph, with gusts up to 45 mph, will produce wind chill values between 0° to -10°. Monday will be mostly sunny but frigid, as highs climb only into the lower 20s. Winds will still come out of the northwest, while wind chills will be hovering on either side of 0°. Tuesday will be sunny and not as cold, as readings rebound into the mid 30s.
Milder air returns on Wednesday as the thermometer soars into the low to mid 50s; under increasing clouds and a late day shower. Periods of rain will dominate Delmarva on Wednesday night and Thursday, under cloudy skies and comfortable highs in the mid 50s. Friday will be mostly sunny and cooler in the low 40s.
The mostly sunny skies continue into Saturday, but readings will fall into the chilly low 30s. Sunday will be partly sunny with an isolated chance of a rain or snow shower, as highs rebound into the upper 30s.
