*** Wind Advisory in effect for Southern Delmarva from Noon to 10 PM Sunday***

A warm front will lift north tonight bringing periods of rain, breezy conditions and warm temperatures from the 40s to the 50s. Wind gusts tonight can reach up to 40 mph especially along the beaches. Sunday will start off warm in the 50s with rain but the cold front will slide through by midday. Temperatures will be crashing throughout the afternoon and likely will be around freezing by sunset. Winds will be blustery with gusts up to 50 mph and cold sustained northwest winds of 25 mph. Sunday night will be frigid, blustery and partly cloudy as lows tumble down into the low 10s; with wind chills below zero. Wind gusts at this point can reach up to 45 mph and icing from the morning rain will be a concern on roads and sidewalks.

Monday will be mostly sunny but the winds and bitterly cold temperatures will win the battle; as highs climb only into the low 20s. Tuesday will be cold and sunny, as temperatures rebound into the low to mid 30s. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and milder in the low to mid 50s, but a new storm system will bring periods of rain throughout the day.

The rain continues on Thursday under cloudy skies, and seasonable temperatures in the mid 40s. Friday will be partly sunny and cooler in the upper 30s to low 40s. Saturday will be chilly and mostly cloudy, as readings drop into the mid to upper 30s.
