Thousands expected to attend Gov. Hogan’s inauguration Wednesday

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Wednesday, thousands are expected to head to Annapolis to celebrate the second inauguration for governor Larry Hogan.  Hogan who defeated Ben Jealous Back in November will become the first two-term Republican governor of Maryland in 64 years. The inauguration ceremony is set to begin at 12:30 on the lawn of the State House. And legislators add that they’re looking forward to having the governor in office for the next four years, and say they’re excited to see what he’ll continue to do to create a better future for Maryland.

“The governors done a great job for bridging what we need on the Eastern shore the values we have to protect the water man, the farmers. We’re very excited to watch our governor who has delivered on so many campaign promises for the eastern shore do that and in a bipartisan way,” said District 37B Delegate Chris Adams.
