Survey open to give feedback on how to prioritize Sussex County’s Comprehensive Plan

SUSSEX COUNTY, Del. – In Sussex County, a citizens alliance group is seeking feedback from the community on the county’s comprehensive plan.

The 10-year plan passed in November is in it’s final stages but we’re told the real heavy lifting comes with the implementation stage.

The Sussex Alliance for Responsible Growth, known as SARG, has created a survey to see what 10 elements in the plan are most important to residents.

SARG member Rich Borrasso says, “We’re encouraging the county to look at it in near term, mid-term, and long term and we’re hoping to do is to see the county to set some priorities for the near term the 2019-2020 calendar year.”

Over 150 residents have already taken the questionnaire, but in order to indicate what’s important to you, they are encouraging everyone to fill out the form.

We’re told the survey takes about 5 minutes and a link to it can be found here.
