Stevens breaks one-thousand point mark, WiHi beats depleted Decatur

SALISBURY, Md.– It was a special night for WiHi senior Dorian Stevens who was etched his name into the 1,000-point club. Stevens, who notched his thousandth-point against Parkside back on December 20th, was honored Tuesday in WiHi’s first game back home.

The Tribe made the night worth it, taking down a depleted Stephen Decatur team 75-33. The Seahawks were without the services of their top two scorers Churchill Bounds (illness) and Drew Haueisen (injury).

The win keeps the Indians undefeated in the Bayside, their only two losses of the year coming at the Governor’s Challenge. For Coach BJ Johnson and Decatur, they fall to 5-4.
