Seaford Upsets Wildcats on the Road

DELMAR, Del. – Da’Jion Garrison scored a game-high 21 points for the Blue Jays to lead Seaford over Delmar 69-56.

The Wildcats found some early success, as both team’s traded bucket back and forth in the first quarter. Seaford settled in defensively in the second quarter, holding Delmar to just four and 15 points in the first half.

Multiple players got involved for Seaford in the scoring column in the second half as well. Delmar went on a late run to cut the Seaford lead to just 10, but could never make the game any closer.

Seaford picked up their fourth win of the season, while Delmar drops to 6-4 with the loss. The Blue Jays will take on North Dorchester on Monday. Meanwhile, Delmar will take on Salisbury Christian on Wednesday.
