Police investigating hotel room burglary

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating after someone reportedly broke into a Dover hotel room earlier this week.

Officials say the incident happened shortly before 11 PM Monday, at the Holiday Inn located at 561 N. DuPont Highway. A male suspect reportedly entered a hotel room through a window that he broke with a rock, then stole a flat screen TV before fleeing.

We’re told the suspect was wearing a black coat and brown pants. No further description is available.
