UPDATE: MSP Easton Barrack fully operational

1/24 UPDATE: Necessary repairs have been completed, and the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack is now open and fully operational.

EASTON, Md. – Maryland State Police are reporting that the Easton Barrack is currently closed due to water damage.

We’re told there is currently severe water damage throughout the building, including ceiling damage near the front entrance.

However, officials say they will continue to provide service to anyone who arrives at the barrack. Anyone who arrives at the barrack should call 410-819-4747 so that a trooper can meet them in the parking lot.

MSP is working with contractors to try to resolve this issue today, and they apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
