Four arrests made, drugs seized during police search in Magnolia
MAGNOLIA, Del. – Delaware State Police arrested four suspects on several drug charges Friday.
According to reports, Members of the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit, Delaware State Police Kent County Governor’s Task Force, and the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T) executed a narcotics search warrant at the unit block of Lambert Drive, Magnolia, Kent County, Delaware.
Police say Maurice Satchell, Yvonne Johnson, Jabre Parker, Nikajh Rivera and three juvenile children under the age of 11 were found at the residence.
The suspects were taken into custody and the following items were seized:
73.02 grams of marijuana
82 dosage units of Acetaminophen/Oxycodone Pills – Schedule 2 controlled substance
Drug paraphernalia consisting of two digital scales used to weigh controlled substances
Approximately 3.25 grams of crack cocaine
Over $870 dollars in US currency in suspected drug proceeds
36-year-old Satchell was reportedly charged with possession with intent to deliver Tier 4 pills, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and more. Satchell was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $76,200 dollars secured bond.
38-year-old Johnson was charged with possession with intent to deliver Tier 4 pills, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and more. Johnson was committed to the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on $76,200 secured bond.
20-year-old Parker was charged with possession of marijuana and released on bond and 19-year-old Rivera was charged with possession of crack cocaine, and was also released on bond.
