Cotton drops 30, Bennett scores revenge win over Parkside
The James M. Bennett boys basketball team avenged their first loss of the season back in December, with a 72-68 overtime win over city rival Parkside.
Saquan Cotton finished with a game-high 30 points, nailing 20-22 (91%) free throws including a pair in the clutch with less than five seconds remaining in the overtime period.
Marcus Yarns led Parkside with 21 points, 18 coming in the second half.
