Colonels get comeback win over Kent County to start 2019

FEDERALSBURG, Md- Behind four 3’s and 16 points from Lorenzon Turner, the Colonel Richardson Colonels got their fourth win of the season over Kent County 59-50

It was a packed crowd in Federalsburg as Kent County jumped out to an early lead and carried it into the halftime break 27-20. JayShaun Freeman led all scorers for the Trojans with 11 first half, Jaylin Duncan and Carter Ferguson both had 6 points for the Colonels.

In the second half, CR came out hot and with two minutes left in the third quarter Diante Dickerson knocked down a three to give them the 37-35 lead and they would run away with the game and take it 59-50.

Lorenzo Turner led the charge for the Colonels with 16 game points along with 11 from Jaylin Duncan and Romar Jones. JayShaun Freeman had a game high 18 points for Kent paired with 12 form Ny’Tre Green.
