City of Salisbury announces return of Downtown Trolley service, new route
SALISBURY, Md. – The Downtown Trolley service will soon be returning for the spring semester, and with it comes a list of new stops along the route.
We’re told the new stops include Route 13 in front of Maggs Gym, University Orchard, The Gathering, two stops in the University Park complex, University Village, Cedar Crossing/The Seasons, Mojo’s, Market Street Inn, and William’s Landing.
On 3rd Fridays, service begins at 6:15 PM and will run throughout the entire event to give community members the chance to check out the fun outdoor events held in Downtown Salisbury.
Service is scheduled to resume on January 31st at 9 PM and will run from 9 PM to 2 AM on Thursday and Friday evenings throughout the semester. Fare is free for SU or UMES students, faculty, and staff with ID and $1 for everyone else.
