A quick clipper system swings by Delmarva on Sunday night; bringing scattered showers and mostly cloudy skies while keeping lows slightly up in the mid 30s.

Christmas Eve will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 40s. Tuesday will be cooler but seasonable in the mid 40s, under mostly sunny skies. Sunny skies will continue into Wednesday, as temperatures warm slightly into the upper 40s.

Thursday will consist of partly sunny skies and mild temperatures in the low 50s. Friday will be warm in the upper 50s to low 60s; but the scattered showers and mostly cloudy skies invade Delmarva. Saturday will be mostly sunny, with comfortable readings in the upper 50s to near 60°.
