Shots fired incident under investigation in Dover

DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police say they are investigating after shots were reportedly fired in the Eagle Meadows development late last night.

Just before 1 AM Wednesday, police were called to respond to the 4400 block of Vermont Drive for a shots fired complaint. On arrival, police observed two bullet holes in the exterior of the home.

We’re told that there were two adults, both 37 years of age, and a 12-year-old child in the home at the time of the incident. No one was injured.

There is no suspect information at this time.
