Salisbury man arrested for assaulting wife in a vehicle
SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his wife in a vehicle over the weekend.
On Sunday, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence for a reported assault that had occurred earlier in the day. The victim told police that her spouse, 26-year-old Jason Brumfield, had assaulted her while inside a vehicle in the Rite Aid parking lot located at 1208 Parsons Road in Salisbury, and again later at the Pemberton Historical Park.
Brumfield was arrested and charged with second degree assault after police observed injuries consistent with the reported assaults.
