Laurel’s comeback falls short against S.E.E.D. School (DC)

The Laurel boys basketball team fell in their 2018 Governor’s Challenge premiere, going down 53-51 against SEED School of Washington, DC on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs led after one quarter, but trailed by two in the final seconds of the game. Two consecutive shots were off the mark in the final 5 seconds for Laurel, giving them the loss.

The defeat drops their total record to 5-4 on the year.
