Easton boys basketball cruises past Mardela for early road win

MARDELA SPRINGS, Md.- Behind 22 points from reigning first team Bayside North member Jaedon Copper, Easton cruised to a 90-61 win on opening night over Mardela.

Suffocating Mardela with their full court press, Dionte Hynson’s squad got out to an early 8-0 lead and never looked back.

For Mardela, it was the first game of the Jermichael Mitchell era, and were led by senior Syncere Pinkett with 19 points.
