Dover man faces numerous drug charges following search warrant

DOVER, Del. – A search warrant led to several drug charges for a Dover man Tuesday morning.

Officers from the Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole executed a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Cherry Drive in regards to an ongoing drug investigation.

The resident, 46-year-old Frank Brown, was initially seen leaving his home in a black Cadillac Escalade, but police stopped him and took him into custody just before execution of the search warrant.

The search led police to find several prescription drugs that were intended for re-sale, along with over $86,000 in suspected drug money.

Brown is currently being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on $70,250 cash bond on several drug charges, including possession with intent to deliver prescription drugs (Tier 4 & Tier 2), possession of a prescription drug (Tier 4 & Tier 2), and drug paraphernalia.
