Dorchester Co. man charged following search of home

CAMBRIDGE, Md. – A Cambridge man is in custody on drug charges following a search of his home late last week.

On November 29th, members of the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office and the Cambridge Police Department joined together to execute a Search & Seizure Warrant at a residence located at 629 Robbins Street, in Cambridge. When police arrived, the target of the search, 26-year-old Rashawn Tireac Cuffee was located inside the home.

The search resulted in the discovery of oxycodone and crack cocaine, along with various other items that have not yet been identified.

Cuffee was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing an officer in the performance of his duties, possession of oxycodone, and attempting to destroy evidence consisting of oxycodone, percocet, and crack cocaine. He is currently being held on $25,000 bond.
