Delaware Division of Child Support Services now accepting payments by credit and debit cards
DOVER, Del. – In Delaware, officials with the Division of Child Support Services announced a new way for you to pay your child support. From now on the iPayOnline service will allow employers and individuals to schedule and make child support payments securely over the internet using their credit card or debit card. They say users will be able to schedule one-time or recurring payments, keep track of pending payments, as well as be able to view their payment history and print account records. And most importantly they say they’re making it easier for people who have to fulfill their financial obligations.
“One of the things we don’t want to do is make child support a burden some process we want to make it as easy as possible for people to comply with their court orders to make those payments timely to our office,” said Division Director Ted Mermigos.
Officials say that if you have questions about child support payments or questions about the online payment services, you can speak to a child support specialist, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM.
