Winter months approach, is your vehicle ready?

DELMARVA –  It’s only going to get colder from here and that means it may be time for you to start thinking about winterizing your ride.

Before the winter months, experts say you should make sure you have adequate tread on your tires.

Another big one is making sure your coolant is fresh because it will prevent the water that gets into your radiator from freezing.

47 ABC is also told you should make sure your windshield wipers are up to date.

Alan Brown who works at Delaware Tire said, “If it gets snowy or icy out there you’re going to need that tread for traction. You don’t necessarily have to have snow tires, but you definitely want to have tires that are good all season.”
