William Carson Jr. wins State Rep. seat in Delaware for District 28

DELAWARE – Democrat William Carson Jr. has defeated Republican Charlotte Middleton in the race for the District 28 State Representative seat in Delaware.

Carson received a total of 5,176 votes (68%), while Middleton brought in 2,438 votes (32%).
